How long does a typical cleaning take?
Most residential yards take 1-2 hours. Larger commercial jobs are scheduled with a window. We will give you an exact ETA when you book.

Is your process safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Every product we use is enzyme-based, biodegradable, and pet/kid safe. The yard is ready to use as soon as we drive away.

Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to the yard, a working hose bib, and an outdoor outlet, or you can leave a gate code in your booking.

What if my turf is really matted or old?
That is exactly what our scarifier and infill refresh add-on are for. We resurrect yards that look beyond saving.

How is the price calculated?
$0.45 per sq ft for a deep clean, plus any add-ons. The instant quote does the math for you.

Do you offer recurring service?
Yes - monthly, quarterly, and seasonal plans are available for residential, HOA, and commercial accounts.
